In the first session of the meeting, which lasted all day and took place in 2 sessions, presentations were made by the department managers on the programs and realizations of 2019, the problems encountered and solution suggestions, and the programs and targets for 2020. In the second session, self-assessment studies were carried out in which strengths and weaknesses were discussed.
