Şenmak has an advanced infrastructure to perform the gas nitriding process, which significantly improves the surface properties of steel parts. Our state-of-the-art furnace has a length of 8.2 meters and a charging capacity of 10 tons.

 

Each step and information required during the heat treatment process is meticulously monitored and recorded. This comprehensive control is provided by electronic sensors and sensitive thermocouples that measure process parameters with high accuracy. The process duration is determined according to the specific requirements of the parts being processed.

 

In addition, the white layer thickness, which is a critical factor in nitriding, can be precisely controlled thanks to the KN control in our furnace.
